As a sales assistant in the FMCG sector, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client interactions to ensure smooth operations. Omschrijving

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Register new contracts and amendments, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
  • Serve as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
  • Support supply chain operations by managing sales forecasts, customer complaints, return shipments, and related sales activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service, maintain and update customer records, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Profiel van kandidaat

A successful sales assistant should have:

  • Available for 40 hours a week.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Educational background in business, administration or service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
