As Inside Sales (German-Speaking) professional you will manage customer relationships and provide technical and commercial solutions. Acting as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, you will ensure smooth communication, timely order processing, and effective resolution of inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Description

  • Handle technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication with German-speaking customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) for timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Create and activate customer accounts on AFPRO Online.
  • Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently.
  • Continuously work on service improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM of customer interactions, orders, and service requests.

Profile

Experience: Any customer service, telephone sales, or consultative selling experience is a plus.

Languages: Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good command of English.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and AX software is a plus.
