As a FP&A Analyst – Treasury Focus, you’ll support the development of a new financial function that bridges daily treasury operations with long-term financial strategy. This mid-level position is ideal for someone with an FP&A background who thrives in analytical environments and enjoys working cross-functionally to optimize liquidity, capital structure, and risk management. This is a temporary freelance (ZZP) assignment, with the potential for extension as the function grows.

• Building and refining multi-year balance sheet forecasts, incorporating business growth, cash flow trends, and funding needs;
• Analyzing corporate liquidity and modeling scenarios to ensure financial resilience;
• Evaluating funding strategies (short vs. long-term, fixed vs. floating, domestic vs. foreign) using cost-of-capital analysis;
• Identifying and assessing FX exposures across the global balance sheet;
• Supporting the design and impact modeling of hedging strategies;
• Managing end-to-end balance sheet activities for group entities;
• Collaborating with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to streamline treasury workflows and drive process improvements.

• A freelance (ZZP) contract for a period of 3 months with possible extension;
• Salary between 80-85e per hour;

You’ll be part of global finance team, operating in a high-impact, collaborative setting where strategic thinking and precision are key. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Treasury, FP&A, and GBS.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical finance role;
• Treasury experience is a plus but not required;
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
