Currently, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for an international technology company, part of a leading US-based organization, with a focus on customer renewals across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for the sales team and maintain close contact with existing customers. You will ensure timely renewal of subscriptions and assist customers with any questions or issues. Prospecting or acquiring new customers is not part of this role; your focus is fully on existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

You will also work closely with Finance to ensure invoices are correct and payments are processed on time. Additionally, you will support projects and processes within the EMEA team from the Sittard office, contributing to workflow optimization and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team EMEA, focusing on renewals;
  • Manage customer interactions and ensure subscriptions are renewed on time;
  • Collaborate with Finance to verify invoices and support payment processes;
  • Support EMEA teams with projects and operational processes from the Sittard office;
  • Proactively contribute to improvements in workflows and operational processes;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of customer agreements;
  • Monitor project costs versus revenu;
  • Manage KPIs and contribute to customer-focused deliverables;
  • Handle escalations to peers or senior management as needed.


Gevraagd

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (project support, back office, or customer management);
  • Fluent in Dutch & English; other languages are a plus;
  • Proficient in Windows systems and ERP/CRM systemsKey Responsibilities:
