As a Release Management Analyst you will be part of the department Animal Health IT Enterprise Process Management and you’ll be joining a diverse and collaborative team of 20+ professionals spread across multiple countries. Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic and impactful position. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow within a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong technical or domain expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage computer system validation activities related to assigned projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a computer system validation or quality role and/or with a pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or methodologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
