Do you enjoy being the organizational hub and effortlessly keeping an overview? As an Administrative Employee at an international logistics service provider in Oostrum, you ensure that everything runs smoothly – from planning to delivery. Does that sound like you? Apply today!

What are you going to do?
  • Release orders and administratively prepare returns and deliveries
  • Follow up on customer requests and communicate about urgent or work orders
  • Monitor progress within the department and warehouse, including KPIs
  • Maintain contact with carriers and customers regarding incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Identify process issues, solve them, and contribute to improvements and work agreements

In this role as an administrative employee, you ensure that customers’ goods arrive at the warehouse on time and are dispatched correctly. You act as the link between customers, carriers, and the warehouse, directly contributing to a smooth logistics process. You will be part of a close-knit and experienced team of 5 people where collaboration, responsibility, and enjoyment are central. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week (part-time is not negotiable) for a long-term period. The workdays are Monday through Friday, with a start time between 07:00 and 09:00 AM

  • An attractive salary of up to €3,000 gross per month – depending on experience
  • 25 vacation days + 7 ADV days and 8.33% holiday allowance

What do we ask?

·      Mbo+ work and thinking level

·      Administrative skill and a true self-starter who takes initiative and assumes responsibility

·      Good skills (written and verbal) of English language

·      Experience with WMS/ERP SAP systems is a plus - knowledge of MS Office

·      Flexible, structured, accurate, service-oriented and able to keep overview
