Quality Assurance Engineer – Aerospace

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement quality plans within projects.
Create inspection plans to determine necessary quality control steps.
Ensure quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
Draft and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support and perform internal and external audits (e.g., AS9100).

We’re looking for someone who has

A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing or engineering.
Knowledge of internal and external audit processes.
Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.
A process-oriented mindset and experience setting up quality procedures.
Technical understanding of inspection techniques.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
