Are you ready to be the link between customers, carriers and the warehouse? Start immediately as an Administrative Employee at this international logistics organization in Oostrum – initially a 3-month temporary role with the possibility of extension. Apply now and join this great team!

What are you going to do?
  • Coordinate unloading agreements with carriers and daily shipments of goods
  • Prepare and manage transport documents for incoming and outgoing goods flows
  • Maintain contact with the warehouse, planning, and customer service regarding order processing
  • Identify, report, and escalate any process disruptions
  • Keep reports up to date and contribute to improvements in the logistics process

As an Administrative Employee, you are the key player in planning and coordinating customer orders- inbound & outbound. You ensure that employees from different departments and carriers are well aligned, so goods always leave the warehouse on time. You report directly to the Office Supervisor. Due to increased workload from the client, additional support is now needed. You will join a close-knit and experienced team where collaboration, responsibility, and enjoyment are central. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week (part-time is not negotiable). Workdays are Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 19:00. This assignment is for 3 or 6 months, after which internal opportunities for a longer-term role will be considered.

What do we ask?
  • Mbo working and thinking level with administrative and computer skills (MS Office and ERP/WMS systems)
  • Logistics experience and strong communication skills in English (C1/C2 level)
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) and flexible between 07:00–19:00
  • Accurate and service-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure when required
