As an Assistant Team Leader, you will have a varied role where you:

• Keep administration running smoothly by staying organized and recording details accurately.
• Coordinate tasks and actively assist, ensuring the team operates efficiently.
• Train and guide employees, helping everyone perform at their best.
• Prioritize safety by ensuring compliance with Active Ants’ safety regulations.
• Support and step in for the team leader when needed, keeping operations running seamlessly.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive the following allowances:

• All night shifts (01:00 – 06:00): +25%
• Saturday: 19:00 – 01:00: +30% | 01:00 – 07:00: +50%
• Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00: +20% | 19:00 – 01:00: +30% | 01:00 – 06:00: +50%
• Monday – Saturday day shifts: no allowance

• Minimum MBO-level work and thinking
• At least 1 year of leadership experience

You will start at a modern company that is ahead of its time, where development and growth are highly valued. In the warehouse, online orders for 100 different brands are processed. Some of the brands you’ll work with include Mr. Marvis, Holland & Barrett, and Basic Fit. The peak period with Black Friday and the holidays is approaching, so there’s plenty of work!

You will work in a 3-shift schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and also work two Sundays per month.

As Assistant Team Leader in the goods receiving department, you play a key role. Together with the Team Leader and fellow Assistant Team Leaders, you manage a team of 60–65 employees. You are the main point of contact for questions, train and guide your team members daily, and ensure tasks are distributed efficiently.

In addition, you actively assist with processing incoming goods and take over the Team Leader’s responsibilities during their absence. Administrative tasks are also part of your role.
