As an Operator with your new employer, you are the key to a smooth-running production process.You keep the machines running, fix minor issues, and actively contribute ideas to make production even better. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you play a direct role in delivering high-quality products.
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring a clean and safe workplace
- Performing physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
- Reviewing processes and coming up with ideas to improve them
- Carrying out quality checks
- Solving minor machine malfunctions and keeping production up and running
Gevraagd
- Experience as an Operator
- Interest in technology or the ambition to grow in this field
- Taking initiative to improve processes
- Reliable and accurate in your work
- Able to communicate well in Dutch or English
Aanbod
- A salary between €2,800 and €3,300 gross per month
- Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
- Travel allowance from the very first kilometer - even if you come by bike
- Work in a close-knit, family-oriented company with short communication lines
