As an Freight Forwarder you are collecting and creating export documentation, handling requests, coordinating shipments, booking with the airlines, managing client contact and reporting irregularities. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on Latin American clients.

Description

Coordinate and oversee air export operations to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Maintain communication with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with regulations.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Ensure all logistics processes are in line with company policies and industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiency.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports for all shipments.

Profile

Eligibility to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VGB). Background check that requires you to live 8+ years in the EU.
Living in the Randstad area.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong command of English and Portugese, both spoken and written.
Accurate and proactive.
Flexible to occassionally work outside regular hours when necessary.

Job Offer

Company contract with the company and prospect of a permanent position.
Monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500.
70% of the pension premium is covered by the company.
Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer / full coverage of public transport.
26 vacation days.
