Are you a hands-on person who enjoys keeping things organized? As a Warehouse Coordinator, you make sure everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. You coordinate daily activities, plan resources, and ensure all processes are carried out safely and efficiently.

You’ll work at a modern logistics site in Venlo and be the main contact person for your area when questions or challenges arise.

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Make sure enough people and equipment are available.
• Monitor progress and adjust when needed.
• Check and complete documentation on time.
• Support the supervisor with daily operational decisions.
• Lead small improvement projects to increase quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workplace following the 6S principles.
• Motivate your team and encourage a positive working atmosphere.

Who you are

• You are organized, proactive, and can motivate others. You work well under pressure and enjoy solving problems on the spot.

• A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• A competitive salary of €3,018 gross per month (excluding holiday pay and shift allowance).
• Shift allowance: 9% for early shifts, 11% for late shifts.
• Performance bonus: 8% of your annual salary.
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way).
• 27 vacation days per year.

• A completed technical or logistics education (minimum MBO level).
• 3–5 years of experience in a logistics environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a coordinating role.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes and systems (such as ERP).
• Good English skills.
• Experience with Lean or 6S methods is a plus.
• Experience with ERP Oracle 11 is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
