Functieomschrijving:
As a motivated operator, you ensure continuous production flow and deliver high-quality food products every day. You’ll work in 3 rotating shifts (05:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00 / 21:00–05:00), taking ownership of the setup, operation, and maintenance of packaging machinery. Even if you don’t have direct experience in the food sector, your technical insight and dedication make the difference.Your main tasks include:

Setting up, adjusting, and operating production and packaging machines.
Performing first-line maintenance and troubleshooting.
Carrying out visual and quality inspections to meet hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Detecting and resolving equipment issues quickly.
Cleaning machinery and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Functievereisten:
What We’re Looking For

Completed MBO (vocational) education or equivalent.
Experience working as a machine or process operator.
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).
Flexible, reliable, and motivated to work in 3 shifts.
