Your role
Until recently, we had an IT and marketing expert working for us who has embarked on a new adventure. You will assume his position and be the linchpin in everything related to IT, process automation and digital marketing (a.o. SEO).
Your tasks will be:

first point of contact for our central application and the other applications we use, and full responsibility for their use/usability and optimization
determine how we can further apply AI in our daily work
analyse data (a.o. Google Analytics) and, based on this, initiate adjustments/improvements in the areas of recruitment, SEO, AEO and marketing
develop and launch online marketing campaigns (SEO, AEO, LinkedIn, website) and email campaigns for candidates and clients. You will ensure a professional online presence (website, LinkedIn, content).

You have a higher professional education or university degree and have a strong interest in both IT and online marketing (including SEO optimisation).

Salary: max. €3,000/month (on full-time basis, excl. 8% holiday allowance and bonus) depending on your experience
Working hours: 32-40 hours per week
Depending on the annual results, you can expect a bonus of up to one month's salary.
