Electrical System Integrator – Superyacht ProjectsAre you passionate about high-end engineering and complex electrical systems? Do you want to play a key role in the design and integration of world-class superyachts? Join a team of dedicated professionals at the forefront of marine innovation, where your expertise will help bring cutting-edge luxury yachts to life.
Function
As an Electrical System Integrator, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and validation of all electrical systems on superyacht projects. You’ll work closely with internal engineering teams, external suppliers, and production departments to ensure seamless system compatibility and optimal functionality. Unlike a commissioning engineer, your role starts earlier in the process — focusing on system design, coordination, and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design, integrate, and validate electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting control, entertainment, and NAVCOM.
 - Create detailed cable lists, connection diagrams, and 2D CAD drawings using EPLAN.
 - Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, bills of materials, and system schematics.
 - Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure compatibility across all disciplines.
 - Conduct Factory, Harbor, and Sea Acceptance Tests (FAT, HAT, SAT) to validate integrated systems.
 - Ensure all electrical systems meet regulatory and safety standards and client-specific requirements.
 - Identify and resolve integration issues related to I/O signals, serial data, communication protocols, and connection details.
 - Act as a key technical coordinator, aligning internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration process.

- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 - +3 years of experience in system integration, ideally within shipbuilding industries.
 - Strong understanding of electrical power, automation, and lighting systems, including architecture and control logic.
 - Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD, Cadmatic, and PLM Teamcenter.
 - In-depth knowledge of marine DC/AC systems and relevant electrical standards.
 - Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Our client is a globally respected name in luxury yacht building. Their mission: to craft superyachts that set new standards in innovation, design, and finish. You’ll work with passionate professionals on the most prestigious maritime projects of our time.
Offer
- A challenging and varied role in a world-leading yacht engineering environment.
 - Opportunity to work on unique, custom-built superyachts from concept to completion.
 - Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise – up to 78K gross / year.
 - A collaborative and innovative working environment with room for professional growth.
 - Access to modern tools, technology, and continuous development opportunities.
