Over de functie

For our client, we are looking for a Management Assistant, an organized and proactive professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you support management and business teams by organizing meetings and events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring effective coordination across departments and with external partners. You play a key role in maintaining structure and efficiency within a fast-moving, international environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage shared folders, drives, and MS Teams environments, including setup, structure, and access rights.
  • Handle travel planning, calendar coordination, and expense reporting for senior management.
  • Support project-based activities across departments.
  • Assist business teams, such as Market Access, with administrative tasks when required.
  • Act as backup for the Financial Management Assistant during absence and vice versa.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable administrative or management support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Confident user of MS Office, Concur, Teams, and internal purchasing systems.
