The Projects team of the municipality of Weststellingwerf is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Advisor/Project Leader Civil Engineering. As a Project Leader Civil Engineering, you will lead the Lycklamaweg project in Wolvega. This project mainly involves the renovation of (a part of) this important street in Wolvega. You will supervise the implementation/realization and provide reports to the client. Key topics in this role include finance, quality, planning, and internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

You will carry out substantive tasks such as drawing up and monitoring schedules, assessing the specifications, preparing requests for quotations and evaluating the quotations, (co-)organizing tenders, and directing the supervisor during the execution of the infrastructural work.

You will also facilitate discussions with external stakeholders such as citizens and businesses, K&L companies, public transport companies, emergency services, in most cases in tandem with the Lycklamaweg environment manager.
