As a Quality Engineer, you make sure every component, every process, and every collaboration meets the highest standards. You’re not just the guardian of quality, you’re the catalyst for progress. Your Role
  • Develop and implement quality plans across diverse projects.
  • Create inspection plans and ensure quality control at every stage.
  • Safeguard quality requirements throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Draft and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support and conduct internal and external audits (e.g., AS9100).
What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Solid understanding of internal and external audit processes.
  • Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
  • Process-oriented, with experience in developing and implementing quality procedures.
  • Technical understanding of inspection methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
