Your Role

Develop and implement quality plans across diverse projects.
Create inspection plans and ensure quality control at every stage.
Safeguard quality requirements throughout the entire supply chain.
Draft and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Act as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support and conduct internal and external audits (e.g., AS9100).

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Solid understanding of internal and external audit processes.
Experience in aerospace or composite manufacturing is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
Process-oriented, with experience in developing and implementing quality procedures.
Technical understanding of inspection methods and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
Familiarity with Lean principles is an advantage.
