Your Mission

Design, implement, and optimize quality processes across ongoing projects.
Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable inspection plans.
Safeguard compliance across suppliers, production, and engineering teams.
Investigate non-conformities (NCRs) and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct and support internal and external audits (AS9100 and related standards).

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
In-depth knowledge of audit processes and quality standards.
Experience in the aerospace or composite industry is highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinker who thrives on problem-solving and precision.
Process-driven mindset with a passion for improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
