As an M&A Associate, you will take your first step towards becoming a dealmaker. You will work in dynamic deal teams, guiding entrepreneurs through buying and selling companies. While strong financial and analytical skills are essential, your commercial acumen, social intelligence, and client-facing abilities are equally important. From day one, you will interact with clients and be involved in the full transaction process—not just spreadsheets.

As an M&A Associate, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive business and market analyses
• Prepare valuations, bid books, and financial models
• Identify and engage with potential buyers and sellers
• Approach and expand the client network
• Draft financing applications and resolve financing challenges
• Provide broad support to project managers throughout transactions

• University degree in finance, or a college degree combined with a finance-oriented master’s
• Socially adept and entrepreneurial, with strategic, tactical, and commercial insight
• Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
• Affinity with the SME sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (for our offices in the Netherlands and Belgium)
