We are looking for a Digital Business Development Specialist! In this role, you will focus on optimizing and innovating our Global Store business by managing key partnerships, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the consumer experience across multiple markets. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver seamless digital commerce experiences and expand Nike’s reach across emerging markets.

• Manage and strengthen the relationship with eShopWorld and other logistics partners to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Global International Team and cross-functional teams within Nike Digital to align strategies and improve end-to-end performance.
• Drive growth within the Nike Digital Commerce ecosystem while ensuring a consistent and high-quality consumer experience across diverse global markets.
• Work in close partnership with the Marketplace Supply Chain, Digital Operations, and Consumer Care teams to optimize the consumer journey from order to delivery.
• Identify and implement opportunities to expand into new markets across CEMEA, developing operational solutions that enable sustainable growth.
• Support the NDDC-P team in the Middle East by coordinating with the GMG distributor, ensuring alignment with local market needs and Nike’s global strategy.
• Continuously assess and enhance business processes to drive innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in global e-commerce operations.

• A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the Defined competencies.

• Extensive background in e-commerce, consumer experience, sales, or relevant areas.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Good presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading cross functional teams, meetings, and workshops.
• Ability to effectively manage complex projects and partnerships.
• Commercial accument or digital trading experience
