In this position, you'll take charge of managing and processing returns from customers. You'll check the condition of returned products, handle the necessary paperwork, and ensure all returns are properly logged in the system. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with various departments, like inventory management and customer service, to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll help identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency in the reverse logistics chain, contributing to the continuous improvement of the operation.
You're comfortable handling administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail, and are proactive when it comes to solving problems. You're also a team player who communicates well across departments and is always looking for ways to improve workflows. Being organized and comfortable using logistics systems and software are second nature to you.
