As a Mixing Operator, you work with different mixers. You prepare orders, measure ingredients, and check the quality of the product. You also keep the workspace clean and safe, so everything runs smoothly.Your tasks:
- Follow the production process and keep records
- Make sure the final product is good quality
- Mix ingredients carefully
- Keep the workspace tidy and organized
- Join team meetings and help improve work processes
Each shift is 7.5 hours, and your 30-minute break is paid.
Gevraagd
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English
- Experience with setting up and operating machines
- Knowledge of production line work
- Careful, attentive, and a team player
- Proactive and positive attitude
Aanbod
- A salary between €3,044 and €3,740 gross per month (including 21.5% shift allowance)
- Travel allowance from 10 kilometers
- Opportunities to grow and develop through internal training and courses (both theory and practice)
- Good performance can lead to a permanent contract with the company
