Job Description

In this role, you’ll lead the development of integrated communications that bring our brand to life across the Dental Professional Decision Journey. From insight to execution, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create content that’s relevant, consistent, and impactful — delivered through compelling storytelling and thoughtful activation across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Your role
Customer Insights & Creative Briefing
Contribute to gathering customer insights from markets and digital channels.
Translate insights into clear creative briefs that guide agency execution and ensure relevance for HCPs and other stakeholders.
Toolkit Execution
Lead the development of key integrated campaigns along the PDJ, including strategy, planning, creative development, and content creation.
Collaborate day-to-day with advertising and production agencies, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery (>3 months before launch).
Safeguard creative quality and brand consistency in all toolkit executions.
Content and Channel Management
Manage and support content creation for owned channels (Philips Dental Professional environment, LinkedIn).
Create and develop CRM and/or Sales Enablement content in collaboration with the Dental Professional digital engagement lead and Sales Enablement lead.
Monitor campaign and content effectiveness, analyze outcomes, and share learnings to replicate for future content development.

Experience you bring:
Minimum 3 years of (professional) Marketing Communications Experience in personal health/consumer goods industry (must)
You are customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of the Dental Professional audience and their needs.
Proven track record in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (must)
Experience working with agencies and production teams to deliver high-quality creative assets (must)
Familiarity with healthcare professional (HCP) marketing and B2B2C strategies is a strong plus
You thrive within complex, matrix organizations and stakeholder environments (must)
Fluent in English (required)
University degree (e.g. in marketing, business or similar)
