Darwin Recruitment are currently hiring for a Business Developer on behalf of a business in Delft that are a Dutch fabless semiconductor company since 2015. This business develops ultra-low-power GNSS and IoT chips using its proprietary Digital RF (DRF) technology, which digitizes analog radio functions to cut power use and size. Their chips target battery-powered, connected devices like trackers and wearables. Their mission goes beyond ultra-low power GNSS: they are redefining what’s possible in adaptive, scalable, and intelligent connectivity for the Internet of Things. Born from deep-tech innovation at TU Delft, their team of visionary engineers and bold thinkers is tackling the toughest challenges in GNSS and IoT, starting with power consumption and expanding into dynamic, context-aware solutions that adapt to any environment or use case.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business development strategies focused on GNSS SoC solutions.

* Identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders in the semiconductor ecosystem.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the industry.

* Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align market needs with technical capabilities.

* Represent Qualinx at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

* Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development.

* Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on pipeline, progress, and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

* Must have proven experience in business development within the semiconductor industry, specifically with System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions in the GNSS domain.

* Strong understanding of the GNSS market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset.

* Comfortable working remotely and adapting to European time zones when needed or willing to work from their office in Delft, The Netherlands.

* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
