As a Production Manager in the seafood industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our production departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with team leaders across various departments, coaching and developing them to achieve their full potential. You will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes using LEAN methodologies. Compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety guidelines will be a key focus, as will acting as a role model for quality and inspiration on the shop floor.

• MBO 4 level of working and thinking
• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of HACCP in the food industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office
• Understanding of LEAN methodologies or willingness to learn
• Basic English proficiency
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Quality-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
