As a Production Leader, you'll oversee the production floor, manage your colleagues, and also enjoy getting your hands dirty. Whether it's roasting, planning, or moving carts, you're ready to tackle it. It's a varied role within a close-knit team, where you'll be the difference between chaos and control. From planning to practical implementation, you'll simply handle it.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Keeping an overview and managing colleagues on the production floor;
• Planning, coordinating, and switching between different tasks;
• Assisting with roasting, cooking, and the logistical movement of materials;
• Flexible support where needed, including in the kitchen.

You will work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

• As a Production Manager, you'll earn €16.73 gross per hour;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km for every 10th kilometer;
• 8.33% holiday allowance;
• 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis;
• With good performance, the possibility of a contract with the client;
• Weekly or 4-weekly pay, the choice is yours!;
