Would you like to live and work together on a beautiful Dutch island? We are looking for a motivated couple to join a friendly supermarket team on Terschelling! One of you will work at the Cashier & Self-scan department, while the other strengthens the Bakery team. A perfect chance to combine work, adventure, and island life!

What will you do?

👩‍💼 Cashier & Self-scan Employee

• Welcome customers with a smile

• Operate the cashier/self-checkout systems

• Answer customer questions and provide great service

• Ensure a clean and pleasant checkout environment

🥐 Bakery Assistant

• Start early to prepare the bakery department before opening

• Keep displays filled with fresh products throughout the day

• Help customers and handle simple catering orders

• Maintain a clean and attractive bakery area

Wat wij vragen:

Requirements

✅ You’re available through the Christmas holiday period (preferably for one year or longer)
✅ You speak good English (German or Dutch is a plus)
✅ You’re social, service-minded, and reliable
✅ EU citizenship or valid permit to work in NL
✅ Willing to live and work on Terschelling (occasional trips home are fine)

You’ll work in a well-known supermarket with a strong focus on service and quality. During low season, the island is peaceful and cozy; during holiday peaks, it becomes lively and energetic! You’ll join an international team with around 80 colleagues in high season.

Accommodation is arranged for you in a modern staff house close to the workplace – affordable and comfortable!
