As Finance Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our finance function, working alongside a talented team of seven professionals in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You’ll combine precision with vision: guiding financial decisions, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that keep the business moving forward

Think of yourself as both the navigator, keeping us on course with regulations, and the strategic coach, helping the business achieve its goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead reporting, accounting, and tax activities with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Partner with the Business Controller to provide insights that shape strategy across brands and revenue streams.
• Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and analysis to help the business stay agile in a fast-moving market.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and working capital to maintain operational strength.
• Deliver KPIs, financial models, and actionable insights to support senior management decisions.
• Collaborate globally with finance colleagues to promote innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement.

You will be joining a fun and highly sporty company. They are a market leader in watersports and develop, among other things, clothing and various other products.

• Solid expertise in accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS), tax law, and ideally audit practices.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced proficiency with Excel/BI tools (ERP/MS 360 a plus).
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven experience in finance, controlling, or audit (professional certifications are a plus).
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.
