  • Manage Customer Relationships: Act as the main contact for international B2B customers, proactively responding to inquiries and understanding their needs;
  • Coordinate Orders & Forecasts: Ensure flawless handling of contracts, orders, and forecasts while driving continuous improvement within the Order-to-Cash process;
  • Align with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth internal alignment;
  • Maintain Data & Documentation: Guarantee accurate master data, pricing agreements, and forecast information in SAP and Salesforce;
  • Handle Complaints: Resolve operational issues in line with company standards and contribute to structural improvements;
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver insights into customer performance to support commercial decision-making.


Gevraagd

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Commercial or Supply Chain field;
  • 3–6 years of experience in customer service or sales support in a B2B environment;
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce (OMP is a plus);
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail;
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively;
  • A true team player with a strong sense of ownership and service orientation.


Aanbod

  • A temporary assignment (sick leave replacement) until at least May 16, 2026;
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in the Amersfoort office, 3 days from home;
  • Salary up to €3,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour contract (38-hour workweek);
  • Work in an international team of 16 professionals with diverse backgrounds;
