Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Analyze complex data to identify key issues and develop actionable plans with KPIs.
• Conduct gap assessments and trend analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and actively participate in improvement projects.
• Lead or contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Structured After Action Review (SAAB) sessions.
• Serve as the primary contact for major quality issues and support quality control in production meetings.
• Draft various reports, including FTR, RTFT, and quality notifications, while providing data-driven advice.
• Participate in audits and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Gevraagd

• HBO in Food Technology or HLO;
• Experience in food/pharma industry, preferably dairy;
• Knowledge of baby food standards;
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or similar; 
• Experienced in SAP-QM and Power-BI; 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (Dutch and English); 
• Analytical, proactive, and persuasive.

Aanbod

What we can offer you is a temporary contract for 9 months and 32-38 hours a week via our agency Independent Flex. The salary will be 4500 - 5500 euro's gross per month based on 40 hours with 8% holiday allowance. In this period you will get to work on a assignment for one of market leader in the food industry.
