Filias is supporting an international technology-driven organization in appointing a Regional Head of People for its European operations located in the Brainport Area.
This is a senior leadership position where long-term culture development, organizational scalability and people enablement come together.

De functie
Role Overview
The Regional Head of People shapes and drives the HR agenda across Europe.
You will guide an experienced HR team and ensure that people development aligns with the strategic direction of the business.
The role focuses on:
- Building strong leadership capability;
- Strengthening cultural alignment;
- Enhancing employee experience;
- Ensuring organizational readiness for continued growth.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Define and implement a regional people strategy that aligns with business priorities;
- Lead and develop the HR team, empowering them to operate as trusted advisors to leaders;
- Design and champion programs that support engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and professional development;
- Introduce data-informed HR practices and digital tools to support decision-making;
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, contributing to organizational planning and transformation;
- Anticipate shifts in labor markets and organizational needs, translating them into actionable initiatives.
You will be part of the European senior leadership group and work closely with executives and HR counterparts in other regions to ensure coherence and continuity.
De kandidaat
You bring:
- Senior leadership experience within HR in an international environment;
- Strong understanding of organizational development and cultural transformation;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and coach HR teams;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Fluency in English and Dutch;
- A Master’s level education in HR, Business Administration or a related field;
- Experience in a technology or manufacturing setting is considered beneficial.
