You will be joining the newly established Information Management department, a strategic group that functions at the intersection of IT and data engineering. This team was created to address a critical need within our organization: to have a unified, holistic view of our client's complex projects.

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll have helicopter view if the whole scope of the project. You will help manage and structure thousands of client requirements for large-scale offshore platforms such as 2GW systems and floating transformer stations. The System Engineer is a unique blend of an engineer and an IT architect, capable of translating high-level goals into detailed, actionable system requirements. You excel at breaking down complex client requirements into smaller, manageable processes and data structures for engineering teams to use.

• Higher vocational (HBO) or university degree in engineering, computer science, or information science
• At least 10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role for complex EPC projects, preferably in oil&gas
• Expertise in creating and implementing Verification and Validation (V&V) plans
• Experience with running simulations to test system viability and performance under various conditions (e.g., environmental stress)
• Familiarity with requirements management, SE methodology, and tools like Relatics
• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is not mandatory
