What will you do?

As a Technical Dealer Manager, you are responsible for second-line technical support for our dealers across Europe. You will remotely assist them in solving malfunctions and technical issues. Occasionally, you will be on-site to commission new installations. You support dealers during installations and provide training, primarily to dealers but also to their customers.

You will work with advanced milking systems and be involved in:

Technical support in the fields of milking technology, electronics, mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and software;
Remotely analysis and resolve technical issues;
Reporting findings and providing feedback to R&D;
Maintenance planning and service logbooks;
Detailed optimization of systems.

You will mainly work from home or from a BouMatic location and visit dealers and customers by appointment, both domestically and internationally. Together with a team of passionate colleagues, you will participate in on-call service shifts approximately once every 4 to 5 weeks, supporting dealers in resolving urgent issues.

What do you bring?

Affinity with dairy farming or the agricultural sector. We can teach you the technical side, but knowledge of the industry is a plus.
Higher vocational education (HBO) level or MBO+ with relevant experience, and some technical skills.
Enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and enjoy supporting dealers remotely.
Proficient in English and basic knowledge of German. Dutch is a plus – or you’re willing to learn it. Other languages are welcome.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and participate in on-call service shifts.
Comfortable working with digital tools and software.
