Analysis & Action Planning

• Analyze performance results and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enhance pricing data, processes, and tracking.
• Identify areas for growth and propose innovative solutions.
• Create, manage, and maintain action plans and processes to drive improvements.
• Conduct market analyses and align strategies across the organization.

Implementation & Monitoring

• Ensure timely execution of action plans and track progress.
• Foster collaboration between departments for smooth implementation of projects.
• Contribute to optimizing supply chain operations.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives to ensure their success.

• Previous experience in the automotive and/or rental industry.
• Proven track record in project management and data analysis.
• Strong business acumen and capability to implement strategies effectively.
• Technical proficiency with statistics and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
• Proactive mindset; independent yet a committed team player.

• Analytical and organized with a problem-solving approach.
• Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

• A competitive salary of €5,000 - €7,000 per month, depending on experience and education, based on a 40-hour workweek.
