As a Finance Project Controller in the Schiphol Airport Area, you will be central to ensuring projects stay on track financially. You will provide vital support to project managers, prepare accurate reports, and drive decisions based on reliable financial data. Key Responsibilities:
Project Financial Control & Reporting

• Monitor and control financial performance of projects, including budgets, costs, and revenues
• Support project managers with actionable financial insights throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and profitability tracking
• Track project milestones and ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
• Coordinate project-related month-end activities, such as cost analysis, allocations, and reconciliations

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow

• Assist in developing and maintaining precise project budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and update cash flow projections to ensure sufficient project funding
• Provide timely financial data to support strategic decision-making

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with project managers to review progress, discuss variances, and plan corrective actions
• Participate in project review meetings and provide financial input
• Handle project-related correspondence, ad hoc analysis, and reporting requests

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial project control, project accounting, or management reporting
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition principles
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience within the Renewable, Offshore, or Maritime sector is a plus

• Salary: €75K - €90K per year based on experience and qualifications (40 hours per week)
