For our client BMO, a full-service administrative office on Emmaplein near Vondelpark, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant who enjoys working on-site and appreciates variety and accuracy.

Your role

As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you'll be the mainstay of the financial administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your duties include:
  • Management of the complete financial administration;
  • Accounts receivable and payable management, invoicing and payment transactions;
  • Preparing payroll and HR administration;
  • Accounting processing in Exact Online;
  • Supporting various administrative and organizational tasks for clients.
What are you bringing?
  • A completed MBO4 or HBO education;
  • Several years of experience in financial/administrative positions;
  • Knowledge of Exact Online is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English;
  • Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to switch quickly;
  • A proactive, collegial and social working style – you feel at home in a small, close-knit team.
What awaits you?
  • A salary of €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience);
  • A stable position with a lot of independence and responsibility;
  • Flexible working hours (4-5 days per week, 3 days negotiable);
  • 25 days of vacation per year;
