As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all store operations, from building and training a high-performing team to ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You will act as the driving force behind sales performance, brand presentation, and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Building, training, and managing a team of approximately 10 employees, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment;
• Setting and achieving KPI targets, using performance data to drive commercial success;
• Overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s identity and standards at all times;
• Managing stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention strategies;
• Leading by example on the sales floor, providing outstanding customer service and coaching your team to do the same;
• Taking responsibility for in-store HR operations, including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.

Gevraagd

You are an ideal candidate for this position if you:

• Have experience in and a strong passion for working in the retail industry;
• Possess fluency in English, Dutch is preferred but not mandatory;
• Have a proven track record as a skilled people manager and leader;
• Demonstrate robust administrative and communication abilities;
• Maintain flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Aanbod

A competitive salary between €3000 and €3300 will be offered in accordance with your experience and knowledge. There are interesting secundary arrangements we will discuss with you in a personal interview.
