At ASML we invent, develop and manufacture world-leading high tech lithography machines for our chip making customers. These tailor-made machines can image billions of structures in a few seconds with an accuracy of a few silicon atoms. Our headquarters are located in the heart of the Eindhoven region, also known as ‘Brainport’, Europe’s top tech hub. 

The Flexible Delivery Models (FDM) Initiative is one of ASML’s Prioritized Initiatives (APIs), which aims at transforming how we track and ship our machines to our customers. Within the Chief Data Office (CDO), we are looking for a Data Management Specialist who is eager to utilize their expertise in data management and support this initiative. 

Role and Responsibilities 

• Organize data-related activities for the FDM initiative.  
• Organize the meetings needed for data activities with stakeholders across different sectors, business line and programs. 
• Provide expert advice and guidance on specific issues and topics. 
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, gaining commitment through effective communication and stakeholder management. 
• Advise decision makers and/or professionals based on specific expertise of data management to ensure optimal and future-proof business solutions. 

Education and Experience 

• 5+ years’ work experience in a data management related roles. 
• Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, Data, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Sufficient content knowledge on data management concepts. 
• Ability to think strategically and align data management practices with organizational goals. Ability to understand the ASML structure/sectors/API’s. 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Ability to cope with program pressure and coordinate activities with the right tactics and push.
