Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to fulfill the following responsibilities based on four sub-aspects:

• Ensure the successful execution of data migration by preparing adequate test scripts and conducting several trial conversions.
• Manage other aspects related to the implementation (organize and/or execute), such as describing the (new) processes, training users in the new system, etc. The project employee can be deployed on all sub-aspects.

To meet the schedule, a lot of preparatory work is foreseen in the coming months. The bulk of the work is expected to be in the months of November 2025 – January 2026. Therefore, a candidate who is immediately available is preferred. The candidate is expected to achieve interim objectives to monitor progress. The assignment will be terminated once the project is completed.

Knowledge, Experience, Competencies, and Skills

• You are analytically strong, problem-solving, and can quickly establish connections.
• You are a proven expert and present yourself as such in the project team.
• You have knowledge of and experience with SAP, preferably with PSM.
• You are customer-oriented and organizationally sensitive and can quickly switch in changing circumstances.
• You have knowledge of and experience working in an operational and project-based environment, preferably gained in a (facilities) service organization.
• You have at least a HBO level of work and thinking.

The suitable candidate has knowledge and experience in data migration in different systems within the financial domain. Also, they have knowledge and experience with migration trajectories between payment systems within the government. Knowledge and experience with profit and loss administration, as well as cash obligations administration, is a must. Furthermore, the candidate is a go-getter but also a connector. The candidate can make the translation between what the user of the financial system (RSO) wishes and what the financial service provider (SAP) requires.
