Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Production Operator for a company in Hengelo.
As a production operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and adjusting production machines
- Checking products for quality
- Performing minor maintenance and keeping machines clean
- Recording production data
- Reporting or solving issues and malfunctions
- Working closely with colleagues to improve the process
- Gross salary between €2,800.- and €3,200.- per month
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre
- Full-time position (38–40 hours per week)
- Temporary contract via Manpower with the possibility of a direct contract with the client
- Free training opportunities via the Manpower Academy (more than 200 online courses)
- Pension plan via Manpower
- At least MBO work and thinking level (or equivalent)
- Technical insight or experience in a production environment
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good command of the Dutch language, due to communication with colleagues
- Availability for 38 to 40 hours per week
- A practical, motivated and hands-on attitude
