Become a sales support officer and deliver a seamless B2B customer experience. You are the key link between sales and internal teams!

You are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured. You know how to align expectations and easily manage multiple stakeholders.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or supply chain field
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support in a B2B environment
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce (OMP is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Experience in stakeholder management and working with deadlines

Here’s what you can expect:

• Salary according to Hay scale 14, based on experience
• A 6-month assignment
• Full-time (38 hours per week)
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

You will join an international organization focused on high-quality ingredients for various markets. The team consists of 16 professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and customer focus.

In your role as a sales support officer, you are the link between sales, order fulfillment, and planning. You monitor processes, align expectations, and ensure everything runs smoothly for B2B customers.

Your tasks:

• Relationship management: build trust by proactively responding to customer inquiries
• Process optimization: coordinate order, contract, and forecast processes
• Stakeholder management: align customer needs with sales
• Data & documentation: ensure accurate master data and pricing agreements
• Complaint handling: resolve issues and contribute to long-term solutions
• Reporting & analysis: provide insights to support commercial decisions
