You are communicative, solution-oriented, and structured. You know how to align expectations and easily manage multiple stakeholders.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or supply chain field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support in a B2B environment
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce (OMP is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with deadlines

Here’s what you can expect:
- Salary according to Hay scale 14, based on experience
- A 6-month assignment
- Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- An international work environment with a team of 16 professionals
- Room to improve processes and share your ideas
You will join an international organization focused on high-quality ingredients for various markets. The team consists of 16 professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and customer focus.
In your role as a sales support officer, you are the link between sales, order fulfillment, and planning. You monitor processes, align expectations, and ensure everything runs smoothly for B2B customers.
Your tasks:
- Relationship management: build trust by proactively responding to customer inquiries
- Process optimization: coordinate order, contract, and forecast processes
- Stakeholder management: align customer needs with sales
- Data & documentation: ensure accurate master data and pricing agreements
- Complaint handling: resolve issues and contribute to long-term solutions
- Reporting & analysis: provide insights to support commercial decisions
