We’re looking for a creative and self-sufficient Chef de Partie who brings responsibility and enthusiasm to a dynamic, professional kitchen. You’ll be working at a hotel in the Ootmarsum area where quality, collaboration and innovation are central. You’ll have the freedom to make your mark on the dishes, contribute to the menu and play an active role in the kitchen team.

• Prepare and present dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Take responsibility for your own station and ensure smooth service
• Contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality and efficiency
• Monitor taste, presentation and food safety
• Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team

• Experience as a chef in hotel or à la carte kitchens
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Independent, reliable and proactive work style
• Passion for cooking, creativity and hospitality
• Own accommodation in or near Ootmarsum
