- Technical insight or experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Access to your own transportation (site is not easily accessible by public transport)
- Fluency in Dutch, English or German

As a CNC Operator, you are at the heart of our production process, ensuring every part meets the highest standards.
You will:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced CNC machines
- Transform raw aluminum into precise, high-quality components following technical drawings
- Conduct thorough quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Finish parts with sanding, grinding, and cleaning
- Assemble and package final products ready for shipment
