Until recently, we had an IT and marketing expert who has embarked on a new adventure. You will take over this position. As our Digital and Marketing Officer you will be the key link in everything related to IT, process automation, and digital marketing (including SEO). This includes:

• Automating and improving internal workflows.
• Acting as the first point of contact for our central application and other tools we use, managing and optimizing them. You will determine how AI can be further applied in daily operations and serve as the first contact for IT-related questions and technical issues.
• Analyzing data (including Google Analytics) and initiating improvements in recruitment and marketing based on this analysis.
• Developing and running online marketing campaigns (SEO, GEO/AEO, LinkedIn, website) and email campaigns for candidates and clients. You ensure a professional online presence (website, LinkedIn, content).

• You are entrepreneurial and enjoy learning, growing, and achieving results.
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a strong interest in both IT and online marketing.
• You enjoy running online marketing campaigns and improving digital workflows.
• You combine technical knowledge with creativity.
• You have strong communication skills and are a team player.

• Salary: up to €3,500 gross/month (excluding 8% holiday allowance and bonus), depending on experience.
• Working hours: 40 or 32 hours per week.
• Annual bonus: up to 1 month’s salary depending on results.
