For a leading global fashion brand based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead the regional campaign planning and execution across EMEA. With your strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and deep understanding of integrated marketing, you’ll ensure the seamless rollout of seasonal campaigns across all consumer touchpoints. This is a 6-month maternity cover, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and has a proven track record in brand marketing. The Team
This role sits within the brand's EMEA Marketing team, part of the broader Strategy, Content & Go-To-Market (GTM) function. You will work closely with and support the Senior Director, Strategy, Content & GTM. You will manage a team of three and work in close partnership with global marketing, product, media, and retail teams to ensure brand alignment and commercial success across all consumer touch points.
The Position
As Senior Manager GTM, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of seasonal go-to-market (GTM) plans for the brand across the EMEA region. This is a 6-month maternity cover that is ideal for a strong team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings deep expertise in fashion marketing, campaign planning, and execution.
You will oversee seasonal planning, campaign delivery, and regional GTM processes, ensuring a seamless connection between strategic direction and execution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Seasonal GTM Planning: Lead the development and execution of GTM calendars, milestones, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery across EMEA.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact between global marketing, regional hubs, and channel leads (eCommerce, Retail, Media, CRM, Product) to align on campaign priorities and execution.
- Market Localization: Partner with the EMEA Strategy team to optimize market launches, creating sell-in materials and toolkits that align with global direction while supporting local market needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of three, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and development goals to ensure strong team performance and growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to GTM workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to enhance efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, GTM, brand operations, or campaign/project management within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to lead complex marketing campaigns across multiple markets and functions.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring team members.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing channels as they relate to GTM (eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, CRM, Media, PR/EIM).
- Experience working within a matrixed, international organization. You are action-oriented, process driven and collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills — verbal, written, and visual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, SharePoint, Teams).
