Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Do you want to help improve processes, systems, and logistics in an international tech company? We are looking for a motivated Quality Specialist for a dynamic team in Waalwijk.

As a Quality Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring product and service quality from contract signing to delivery. Your main tasks include:

• Develop and implement quality standards and control systems to meet customer and internal requirements
• Monitor and analyze quality performance, and provide solutions for improvement
• Inspect and test materials, processes, and products to make sure they meet quality and safety regulations
• Investigate and solve quality issues, and create corrective actions and improvement plans
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to improve processes and reduce costs
• Manage and evaluate logistics service providers (LSPs), including performance reviews and issue handling
• Support logistics optimization projects, and offer competitive, high-quality logistics solutions for customers

• A competitive salary, depending on your experience between € 2850- €5100 gross per month

You will work at the European supply chain center of a leading global technology company, based in Waalwijk. This location uses modern smart warehouse systems, automation, and digital tools to deliver high-quality logistics and manufacturing services across Europe.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar field
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management, logistics, or supply chain
• Good knowledge of quality tools and processes, and a strong focus on detail and accuracy
• Experience with supplier performance and logistics operations is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Hungarian or Chinese is a plus)
• Able to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and manage multiple tasks
