Our client, a dynamic international consultancy specializing in ERP solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, is looking for aFunctional Consultant (ERP – Supply Chain)to join their growing team across Europe. In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and the ERP system, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support by handling functional and business-related requests from clients.
• Participate in client workshops to analyze user requirements and translate them into functional or technical specifications.
• Configure ERP systems within thesupply chain and distribution modulesto align with customer needs, under the guidance of experienced consultants.
• Assist in end-user training and change management activities to ensure effective adoption.
• Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of customer solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, ideally with exposure to ERP implementation or consulting.
• Knowledge ofsupply chain, distribution, and logistics processessuch as order management, stock, warehouse, or procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Fluent inEnglish and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, curious, and independent mindset with the ability to collaborate in multicultural, cross-border teams.
