This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation, driving efficiency and innovation in product data management across our global operations.

Your Role
As IT Application Manager – PIM, you will be the go-to expert for our PIM application, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. Your work will enable seamless integration across digital platforms and empower Corbion to deliver accurate, consistent product information worldwide. Experience with Inriver PIM is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing PIM implementation: Configure the system, set up data models, user roles, and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.
• Act as the primary application owner: Handle technical and functional queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate globally: Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement: Monitor system usage, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices.
• Enable adoption: Support testing, training, and onboarding for new users.
• Maintain documentation: Ensure clear records of configurations, processes, and support guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  Experience:
  • 5+ years in application consulting or business systems analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM systems (preferably including the implementation phase); Inriver PIM expertise is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing direction.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and deadlines.
