You will be stepping into a global leader: adidas. You are joining the Digital Sales (DS) department, a dynamic and forward-thinking environment fully focused on winning market share in the digital channels and marketplaces where today's consumers shop. This is the frontline of their e-commerce strategy.

You are the crucial link in adidas's digital ambition. Within the Digital Sales (DS) team, your mission is clear: win market share in the digital wholesale destinations and marketplaces where consumers shop. You will steer the Partner Program, the advanced business model that completes the product offer at these key destinations, ensuring consumers find adidas everywhere.

As Project Manager Partner Acceleration, you will flawlessly execute and deliver these partner projects—both locally and globally. You will own the entire scope, from designing a detailed project plan (ideally using PMI methodology) to a successful handover.

You proactively manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate all people and resources, and sharply monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope). You identify and implement process improvements, streamline the operational flow for new partners, and support senior management on strategic projects. You are the essential bridge guaranteeing smooth communication and efficient, high-quality execution.

To excel in this role, you bring a proven track record and a decisive, forward-thinking approach. We expect you to have:

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, gained in Digital/eCommerce, project management, or product ownership.
• Crucial experience in managing complex e-commerce and digital projects at both global and market levels.
• Demonstrable success in collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex, high-impact projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; an additional European language is a strong advantage.

• Combine excellent project management skills with rock-solid stakeholder management. Your ability to negotiate and influence is paramount.
• Are a sharp problem-solver who quickly identifies, analyzes, and proposes sustainable solutions to any business or technical issue.
• Present convincingly; you are a strong storyteller and know how to use data (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint) to drive decisions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, confidently handling ambiguity and adapting to change.
• Naturally take the lead, influencing and gaining cooperation from individuals without a formal reporting line.
• Possess a proactive, self-motivated, and impact-oriented mindset, thinking end-to-end with a "can-do" attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
